Owner - CHRO
Haley is a mother and the majority owner of Home Pro On-Call Ltd. She brings a strong blend of educational and technical experience to the business, with a background in the electrical field. In her role as Acting Chief Human Resources Officer, Haley oversees people operations for the corporation, including workforce coordination, workplace standards, and internal policies, ensuring the company maintains a safe, respectful, and well-organized working environment.
Operations Manager - Master Carpenter
Meet Daniel, a father of 3 with nearly 15 years of experience in the residential construction industry in North Bay, Ontario. Daniel is a highly accredited tradesman holding several awards including: Habitat for Humanity Certificate of Appreciation, Construction Technologies Award, Construction Award of Excellence, Construction Certificate of Excellence, as well as receiving the North Bay and District Home Builders Association Scholarship. Accompanying these, Daniel also holds a Construction Specialist High Skills Major Certificate and a Building Construction Technician 2yr Diploma. Beyond education Daniel is also the former owner-operator of MHM Contracting, where he provided exceptional home renovation services from 2020-2026. Lastly, he holds current certifications in Working at Heights, First Aid and CPR C, and Worker Health and Safety Awareness, ensuring he is always ready for any on-call services that may arise.
