Home Pro On-Call specializes in general carpentry services such as; Framing, window and door installation, decks, fences, trim work, interior finishes (Such as flooring, trim, drywall, painting), exterior finished (vinyl siding, stone products, soffit, fascia, roofing), bathrooms, and more!

Home Pro On-Call also provides additional services to support your projects through design, permitting, and logistics.

We believe a great home service experience starts with clear communication, realistic expectations, and professional execution. Here’s how we work from start to finish:

You contact us by phone or online. We complete a brief intake to understand your needs, timelines, and the type of service required.

We follow up to schedule a time to review your project details, budget considerations, and any variables that may affect the scope.

We provide an initial estimate outlining the proposed scope of work and anticipated costs, based on the information available at that stage.

You review the estimate to ensure the scope reflects your expectations. Once approved, a retainer is secured to reserve your place in our schedule.

Before work begins, we meet again (if required) to finalize designs, material selections, and review any permits or approvals that may be needed.

If material choices or finalized designs result in cost changes, an updated estimate is provided for approval before proceeding.

Once the scope is finalized, a material deposit is collected to secure products and prepare for project start.

Work begins as scheduled. We implement appropriate containment measures to manage dust, debris, and site cleanliness throughout the project.

The project is completed, any required inspections are addressed, and we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction.

A final invoice is issued, and we follow up with a satisfaction survey to make sure everything meets our standards—and yours.
